Sign of the times

Saw this sign posted in the elevator this morning. Looks like a lot of people aren't paying their rent on time. Is it because of gas prices? They're broke because they just moved? General irresponsible dumbassery? Dunno.

This at the Alexandria? They cannot do that as it is terms made after an agreement has been signed. No grandfathering allowed, either, unless it states in the contract that the tenant agrees to such an impulsive act.

No, not at the Alexandria. We only park under the Alexandria, we don't live there.

What a coincidence! I live on top of the Alexandria's roof, but have no car to park.
Bust seriously, I live in the area with my mate, and we walk by the Alexandria daily. We considered the place, but the rigid move-in requirements put us off.

where I am at you have to pay by the first or else. If you don't pay by the 2nd business day before they office opens that is that. Not sure why so much more strict but I guess that is how it goes. Can't afford a mortgage, and can't afford a late payment. It's a landlord's market.

150 dollars for a late fee, wow...in Los Feliz they didn't even have that.
