On Top of the Alexandria
For the past few weeks, a man has been standing on the roof of the Alexandria after dark and singing loudly enough for us to hear him. It sounds like his voice is going through an old megaphone, sort of a Rudy Vallee kind of sound. It's pretty cool, almost like we're being sung to sleep.

What time of day or night?
It usually starts up around 8 and goes for about half an hour.
He used to sing in the day... I wanted to get a pic, but I got to our roof just in time to see a security guard walking around the Alexandria roof. Since then, he only sings at night.
